Who handles approvals?
The requirements depend on the property and proposed work. During planning, we identify the approvals and documentation to check, then confirm who is responsible for obtaining them before the relevant work proceeds.
Can the property stay occupied during the work?
Whether areas can remain occupied depends on the scope and site conditions. We discuss access, working areas, temporary protection and likely disruption before work starts.
